Community Open House on May 4th
The event for the original date of Wednesday, May 4th has been changed to a second Community Open House. It is a drop-in event from 5:30pm to 8:30pm at the Fraternal Order of Eagles Hall, 170 West 3rd Street in North Vancouver.
Design Changes Under Consideration
The Public Notice indicates that PMV has taken public feedback received to-date and is considering changes to the original design that will address the concerns of the property owners who live in closest proximity to the Low Level Road. The key changes under consideration include:
- Lowering the elevation of the Low Level Road.
- Leaving the Spirit Trail intact between St. Patricks Avenue and St. Davids Avenue.
- Including noise walls between St. Patricks Avenue and St. Davids Avenue to reduce traffic noise.
This second Community Open House will provide a forum to gather feedback for the design changes under consideration, and engage additional members of the community.
